Looking your best is not all about buying expensive clothes. If you want to look stylish, think about accessories. Women's accessories can help you can reflect your personality and preferences without being outlandish.
Accessories can be great for defining your good points and minimizing the less favorable ones. They also can help you look more fashionable even without wearing fad or trendy clothing. Women's garments can be accessorized with jewelry accessories, a scarf, a purse, a belt, gloves, and women's shoes. All these items combined can make your outfits look charming and complete.
Tips for Women's Accessories
Choose accessories that coordinate with the fabric, colors, and textures of your clothing. Find accessories for women's clothes that will work with more than one outfit to stretch your budget. For instance, look for neutral-colored items such as hats, scarves, handbags, gloves, and jewelry so you can wear these with a number of outfits. Colors that usually go great with a variety of patterns include plain tan, white, blue, green, red, and black.
With basic women‚s accessories, try to follow the fashion trends. Look through fashion magazines to see what is trendy for the season and change your accessories as needed. You can great ideas on how to combine colors, fabrics, and patterns for a great outfit. Keep in mind that many fashion magazines go to the extreme when it comes to trendy women‚s clothing and accessories. There are some women‚s garments displayed in magazines that you would never dare to wear. So, choose those that you feel will look great on you for the occasion, and leave the others to the fashion models!
You might also be able to use your jewelry, shoes, or belts with different ensembles after you get some new ideas. Many clothing items for women can be interchanged with other pieces to create multiple outfits. So you might wear one shirt with two different skirts or one skirt with several different shirts. Then switch around your accessories to match.
Accessorize with Jewelry
Make sure your jewelry complements your clothing's neckline. If you were wearing an open v-neck blouse or sweater, then a lovely necklace would complete it. If you have a detailed neckline with fancy trim or stitching, try wearing a nice bracelet and eye-catching earrings.
If you have a complex necklace and bracelet set, wear it with something simple. A long necklace will draw the focus away from your neck and face if that's your goal. Avoid wearing earrings that bring all the attention to your ears; they should complete your outfit but not overpower it. A fancy or detailed handbag should be used with a simple, single colored outfit.
Be Trendy and Fashionable
Be sure to wear a variety of accessories; don't wear the same necklace with every outfit or the same scarf with every suit. Mix and match your accessories so your outfits will always be appealing and interesting.
Women's accessories can be fun to pick out and wear once you know how to shop. If you want a new look or need help getting started, pick up some women's magazines to discover what looks good with what and find the styles that you like. Then go through your closet and put together a new wardrobe with dazzling women's accessories to match. Use these accessory ideas to look your best every day!

Work Clothes Convey Professionalism and Offer Durability
When you own or manage a business that requires employees to work out in the field, it\'s important that your workers convey a professional appearance at all times. After all, their appearance is a reflection of your company. Similarly, if you have a manufacturing plant or operate a warehouse, the clothing your employees wear can impact safety, which is always a primary concern.
Styles of Work Clothes
For reasons of professionalism, safety, and conformity, industrial work clothes are (or should be) a requirement in any number of industries. One of the leaders in industrial work clothes is CornerStone, which offers the following types of apparel:
Work Jackets: Work jackets are made from cotton duck cloth fabric with a polyfill lining that withstands harsh conditions. Hooded work jackets feature a zipper front, drawstrings at the hood, rib knitting at the hem and cuffs, and muff pockets. Classic work jackets feature reinforced stitching at the shoulders and armholes, a zipper front, a corduroy collar, slash pockets, and hems and cuffs that each have two snaps for a more tailored fit.
Work Shirts: Industrial work shirts are available in both long-sleeve and short-sleeve styles, and can typically withstand up to 50 washings by an industrial launderer. The fabrication of work shirts is a poly/cotton blend with a special treatment for easy cleaning of soiled fabric. These work shirts feature an open collar with stays, a metal collar gripper, melamine buttons, and two chest pockets. CornerStone work shirts come in a variety of colors, including white, light blue, navy blue, gray blue, petrol blue, light tan, light green, and light gray.
Work Pants: There are two basic styles of work pants. Both industrial pants and insert work pants have a poly/cotton twill fabrication, front and back pockets, and a zipper and button closure. Regular industrial pants have a solid fabric waistband, while insert work pants feature elastic inserts in the waistband for a better fit and added comfort.
Work Shorts: For warm weather and work conditions that aren\'t climate controlled, work shorts combine comfort and professionalism. Like industrial long pants, work shorts are made from a poly/cotton twill and feature front and back pockets with a banded waist and zipper/button closure.
Branding Work Clothes
While high quality work clothes go far in ensuring safety and establishing the professional image of your company, they can also serve to enhance your \"brand awareness.\" By utilizing custom embroidery, your company\'s work clothes can actually become a marketing tool.
Embroidery is a very cost effective form of marketing, especially if your employees are out in the field. The name of your company or your company logo can be embroidered on work shirts, as can the names of your employees. Businesses that sell work clothes frequently offer custom wholesale embroidery, and sew patches onto work clothes. There are a variety of factors that affect cost, such as the number of pieces that will be embroidered, the height of the letters, the number of stitches per piece, and whether or not special threads are utilized.
Just as CornerStone is a leading manufacturer of work clothes, work clothes should be a cornerstone of your business.

Baby Clothes Overstock and Clearance Items – Why Donating Makes Sense
Retail clothing storeowners inevitably face the same situation year after year – a surplus of last season’s styles in some form or another. This is good news for the consumer, as prices on these items are typically slashed well below retail in order to make room for new products. But what to do with the clearance items that remain on the shelves well into the next season? Or what if there simply isn’t enough room to hang on to these items any longer once new products arrive? Storeowners who find themselves facing these questions may want to consider donating overstock and/or clearance items to a worthy charitable organization.
In many cases, making a sizeable donation will not only benefit the many people touched by the organization receiving your donation, it may make a positive impact on your bottom line by allowing your business a tax write-off at the end of the year. If you are considering making a sizeable donation, you may first want to contact your tax advisor to discuss how the donation would impact your tax scenario.
It is advisable to spend some time researching potential organizations prior to donating. There are seemingly countless organizations out there that are willing to take donations of clothing and accessory items. When choosing an organization, make sure first and foremost that the organization is not-for-profit, as this ensures the potential tax-benefit of donating. It may be easier to locate large national organizations, but it is worthwhile to research smaller local organizations as well. These local organizations often do not receive the level of exposure necessary to meet theirs demands at the same level as larger organizations. As is the case in so many situations, the internet is generally the best source of information for researching charitable organizations. In addition, consult your local phone book, and ask around. Chances are you already know somebody who has some sort of connection to a local charity – use those connections!
Once you have selected a non-profit organization to receive your donation, it is important to obtain a single point-of-contact within the organization. This person can organize the receipt of your donation, which in many cases can be arranged to take place at your business or warehouse. It is a good idea to provide an itemized list of the donation, including wholesale value, to your point-of-contact at the time of the donation. This list will not only help to document inventory in your records, it will also be a helpful tool for the charity to reference while incorporating the donation items into their existing product supply. In turn, ask that they provide you with a “letter of receipt”, acknowledging and referencing the value of the donation. This letter will provide documentation that will be needed to validate the tax write-off. Be sure to discuss the significance of this letter with your point-of-contact prior to making the donation, and follow-up soon as the donation is made to be sure the letter is generated in a timely manner.

Popular And Cute Baby Shoes
One of the greatest mysteries of life is the effort and money put into the purchase of baby clothing.
Infants are not bothered about the quality of their outfits. They will cry anyway, even if they are kitted in a Versace shirt!
Even this will not deter the average parent, they will still go out of their way to buy expensive baby items, chief among which are baby shoes.
Parents buy all kinds of baby shoes for their tots. From baby sneakers to little ballet shoes, name it and some babies have them.
The strange fact is these purchases were made with the perfect knowledge that the infants are not going to run on a track or attend dancing classes.
Though, the function of baby shoes is slightly different from those of adult shoes, they still share some basic similarities.
They need to protect the fragile feet, and hold up to crawling around, and possibly a bit of drool.
And while adult shoes go through much more than this, the fact still is, almost any baby shoe will hold up just fine when the baby is not yet walking.
Thus, the other reason parents buy baby shoes is just to show off their baby's cute shoes to friends and other people.
Things become more interesting from here.
It is generally believed that cuteness is accomplished in a baby shoe through the miniature size of its every feature.
A closer look at babies will reveal a startling fact: they are not really very attractive creatures. Not with their big heads and pudgy features.
The real thrill many get out of babies is just that they are tiny, and somewhat odd versions of us.
This is the same with baby shoes; they look like smaller, pudgier versions of our footwear.
Along with this cuteness, there are certain designs that are more popular among baby clothes, and baby shoes, than among adult clothing.
Things like butterflies, hearts, and especially little cute baby animals make a very popular design for decorations on baby shoes.

Catwalk Choice For Shoes
Vein Wear is Australia’s number one men’s footwear designer. Vein, by designer Christopher McCallum, has been recognised as the shoe of choice by Australia’s top clothing houses. Vein opened its Winter season with the L’Oreal Melbourne Fashion Festival main parades Morrisey, Kenzo and Leopold.
Vein shoes were the natural footwear selection for Always Habit when they won the coveted Australian Design Awards in November 2005. Always Habit designs are for savvy young professional men. They are looking for a striking shoe to compliment their casual and suiting attire. Vein provides that.
Vein shoes were the footwear of choice when high flying Aussie labels “Leopold” and “Tom, Dick and Harry” unveiled their Winter collections at Mercedes Australian Fashion Week. The parades were stand-outs with both collections attracting critical acclaim.
When Vein launched its Winter 2006 collection at the L’Oreal Melbourne Fashion Festival in March there was no question which shoes should be worn with the three pinnacle men’s collections of the season. Main parades Morrisey, Kenzo and Leopold chose to accompany first class designs with Australian designer shoes by Vein.
“The fashion festival is definitely the highest point yet in our rise in Australian designer fashion. Morrisey is an idol and an icon. To be worn on the foot of his, Kenzo and Leopold’s collections is a great honour. I know our shoes do their clothing justice”, says McCallum.
At the upcoming Mercedes Australian Fashion Week Vein will be working closely with hot men’s label Red Cordial. Retailers, stylists and other fashion industry participants can also see a preview of Vein’s Summer 06/7 collection at MAFW’s Source Exhibition at the end of April.
“At Vein we are delighted to work with clothing designers. Footwear does not steal the limelight at fashion parades, but a designer collection show is too important to leave footwear up to models, friends or God forbid resort to pluggers”, says McCallum.

Still Think High Heels Are Worth It?
It's not what fashion-conscious women want to hear-another warning about high heels. But, according to the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons, pump-style shoes often cause significant pain by irritating a common bony deformity on the back of the heel, called "pump bump." In many cases, it can lead to bursitis or Achilles tendonitis, if left untreated.
"Pump bump is common in young women who wear high heels almost every day," said Marybeth Crane, DPM, FACFAS, a Dallas-area foot and ankle surgeon whose practice near DFW International Airport is well populated with flight attendants. She said the employee dress code on most airlines requires flight attendants to work in high heels, and their feet take a beating as a result.
"The rigid back of a pump-style shoe can create pressure that aggravates the heel bone when walking," said Crane.
According to the ACFAS consumer Web site, FootPhysicians.com, the bony enlargement can cause Achilles tendonitis or bursitis due to constant irritation in pump-style shoes. Those with high arches or tight Achilles tendons are especially vulnerable to developing pump bump, if they work in high heels.
The medical term for the disorder is Haglund's deformity. In addition to the noticeable bump, symptoms include pain where the Achilles tendon attaches to the heel, swelling in the back of the heel and redness in the area.
In the large majority of cases, pump bump is treated nonsurgically by reducing inflammation, but this does not get rid of the bony enlargement. "Pain relief is the primary treatment goal, so anti-inflammatory medications usually are prescribed," said Crane. She added that icing the back of the heel reduces swelling, and stretching exercises can relieve tension in the Achilles. Long term, however, it's best to avoid wearing high heels, if possible.
"When the office or airline dress code requires high heels, I advise women to try heel lifts to decrease pressure on the heel or wear appropriate dress shoes that have soft backs or are backless," said Crane.

Shoe Shoppers Take Note: Size Does Matter
The stars of "Sex and the City" made the world safe for shoe lovers everywhere with their unapologetic obsession with famous footwear designers like Jimmy Choo and Manolo Blahnik. So if you follow in their footsteps, foot-care experts say you should make sure to get your feet measured before buying your next pair.
A survey conducted by the American Podiatric Medical Association found that 66 percent of Americans do not have their feet measured when purchasing new shoes. In fact, 34 percent said they have not had their feet measured in more than five years, and 6 percent admitted they last had their feet measured more than 30 years ago.
Every day, we put a tremendous amount of pressure on our feet, with an average day of walking bringing a force equal to several hundred tons upon them. Additionally, our feet are open to more injury than any other part of the body.
Even if your feet are not giving you any trouble now, you should still consider comfort and fit when purchasing shoes. Here are some shoe-shopping tips from APMA.
* Shop in the afternoon because your feet tend to swell during the day and it's best to find the right fit for them then.
* Have your feet measured while standing up.
* Don't succumb to the myth that shoes need to be "broken in." They should feel comfortable and be easy to walk in immediately.
* Always try on both shoes and walk around the store.
* Be sure the shoes fit well in the front, back and sides. Buy shoes that don't pinch your toes.
* Because manufacturers' sizes vary, don't rely on the size of your last pair of shoes.
* Try on shoes with the same type of sock or stocking you plan to wear with the shoes.
It's equally as important for children to have their feet measured as it is for adults. It may be necessary to change shoe and sock sizes every few months to allow room for your child's feet to grow. Never "hand down" footwear from one child to the next.

How to Shop for Comfort in Mens Footwear
Fit, durability and style are the key factors to look for when purchasing mens footwear. The top criteria, however, must be comfort. No one is going to wear fashionable shoes for long if they are not also comfortable. Shoes that pinch, bind or cramp your feet can make you miserable, and can also damage your feet.
Shopping for mens shoes should always focus on fit and comfort first, and finding a fashionable, stylish brand second. Quality shoemakers know this and offer a wide range of comfortable footwear options. Brands that are merely fashionable are not going to serve you well if they don't fit right.
Shopping for shoes that are comfortable and also look good is easier than ever. In order to get a proper fit, you should shop for shoes later in the day, when your feet are larger, and be sure that the brands you try on aren't too tight. You should be able to wiggle your toes. You shouldn't hold on to the old notion of foot size - your body changes, and you really should get your feet measured each time you buy shoes. Also, make sure that you get both feet measured, as sometimes one foot is larger. The shoes should fit the larger foot comfortably.
How Do They Fit?
For the most comfortable shoes, you should try them on with the same socks that you will normally wear with the shoes. Make sure you try on both shoes, and walk around the store a bit before purchasing. Buckle or lace up the shoes as you normally would during regular wear. Make sure they fit and bend in the same places that your foot bends. Don't buy leather shoes that are too tight and expect them to stretch out and be more comfortable once they are “broken in.” They should be comfortable when you try them on and walk.
An experienced sales person in a store with a knowledgeable staff can help you find the right fit and the right styles for your needs. They will be able to steer you toward brands that offer special features for your personal fit needs, such as arch support, and proper cushioning.

Australian Designer Shoes
What it means to be “designer”.
The term “designer” is often used loosely in the fashion industry, and certainly so by a number of factories mass producing shoes that copy the fashion leaders.
We do it differently. How you’d expect a true designer shoe to be created for you. At Vein, each new design is sketched, first as a conceptual, and then worked and re-worked into final drawings with graphite on paper, by head Vein designer, Christopher McCallum. Then, a prototype shoe is meticulously crafted by hand.
The new design is then put into production, brought to life for our discerning clientele using the finest leathers, hand selected for their uniqueness and quality, from renowned international and Australian tanneries.
When you inspect our famous Vein shoes, you’ll quickly see they embody qualities others only aspire to. Designs and quality inspired by the great clothing fashion houses, by timeless architecture and the personalities, stunning locations and exciting lifestyles we experience around the world.
As you can probably tell, we live, fantasize, dream and breathe male footwear. This burning passion has made Vein the premier Australian male designer footwear label. In 2005 Vein was the only male footwear label to be invited to exhibit in Mercedes Australian Fashion Week. Trail blazing clothing labels like “NYOU”, “Leopold”, “Tom, Dick & Harry”, “Red Cordial” and Australian Fashion Design Awards Winner “Always Habit”, choose to complement their labels with Vein on the runway. In 2006 at the L’Oreal Melbourne Fashion Festival Vein was the catwalk shoe of choice for Kenzo, Morrisey and Leopold.
Vein stands for excellence. You’ll feel it, look it, live it too … every time you slip on Vein shoes.
Vein shoes. Love more. Stress less. Express your creativity. And above all, envy no one.

Pointe Shoes- Shopping for Your First Pair
Getting your first pair of pointe shoes is a memory not soon forgotten. From the first blisters to the spotlight at the recital, your shoes will carry you to fulfill your dancing dreams.
It is important to have your pointe shoes fitted by someone who understands the shoe’s purpose and the dancer’s body’s demands. Be certain to ask about the credentials of the person doing your fitting, especially if you have concerns about their understanding of your needs.
When you go in for your fitting, bring thin socks or tights to wear in order to keep the shoes clean and create an accurate fit. Ask your teacher if she has any shoe preferences and any padding suggestions. Understand the demands that will be on your shoes by knowing the number of classes per week that you will be taking on pointe and the duration of those classes. Call ahead for an appointment whenever possible to insure individualized service.
Once you find the shoes you like, test them. Take them off, walk around for a few minutes, and then try them on again. If they still feel right to you and look right to your teacher or fitting professional, chances are you have found your best starting shoe.
If you have any concerns, considering taking the shoes in to your teacher for a second opinion. Ask about the exchange policy before purchasing the shoes. If you are getting a second opinion, wear clean tights while trying on the shoes and use a clean towel over the floor. Do not bend, crush, or otherwise try to break in the shoes until you are certain you want to keep them.
Above all, enjoy the experience. To this day I look back with a smile on my face to the time when I bought my first pair of pointe shoes. It is a joy that brings with it new challenges and experiences that will help you to grow as a dancer.

Are Those Boots Really Made For Walking?
It's that time of year again: boot-buying season. There are all types and styles to choose from, but finding the best-fitting boots requires some shopping legwork.
While you're deciding between a stiletto heel, kitten heel or stacked heel, think of where you will be wearing them and for how many hours each day. What might look great on the fashion runways may not be so practical when you're running to and from your 9-to-5 office job.
"Your boots only have to last a season," said Dr. Marlene Reid, a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association. "Your feet have to last a lifetime."
Follow these tips from the APMA when you shop for your next pair of boots.
* Shop later in the day (your feet tend to swell during the day) and have your feet measured before you begin trying on boots.
* Try on the boots with the type of hosiery or socks you plan to wear with them.
* Look for boots that offer stability, preferably something with a wider heel. Heels that are less than 2 inches high are best. Skinny stilettos may look cute on the rack, but they put a lot of pressure on your feet.
* Make sure the shape of the boot is wide enough for a comfortable fit on your feet. Some boot designs can be too narrow and can cause blisters and bunions.
* Choose boots with a firm heel counter. Just because the boot fabric covers your ankle does not mean it provides proper support.
* Buy a pair of boots that feel comfortable after you have walked around the store in them. Boots should never have to be "broken in."
* Select a boot with a rubber sole and traction on the bottom to prevent slipping. Remember, most fashion boots are not made for snow.
* Consider the material. "During the winter months, the feet tend to sweat more because shoes are enclosed and people wear thick socks or hosiery," Reid said. "Selecting a boot made of leather, which absorbs moisture, over a synthetic material is a wise choice."

Five Pairs of Shoes That Every Woman Should Have
We know that everyone loves shoes, buys shoes and has many pairs of shoes in their closets. While you might not need all the shoes that you have in your closets, here are five pairs of shoes that every woman should have:
- Great Looking Business Shoes. You need to have a special pair of smart shoes for work. These should look great, and match well with your suit. They will be perfect for interviews, as well as those important presentations and business trips.
They would usually be black shoes with medium size heel, to make you look taller and in control, but still comfortable enough to wear all day.
- Great Looking Shoes to Wear With Jeans. Who wears jeans with sneakers anymore? As jeans are becoming cooler, and more embellished, you need something cuter then a basic sneaker to go with them.
We recommend cool high heel sandals in the summer, or great looking boots in the winter.
- Great Looking Sneakers. You still need to exercise and go to the gym. While you will not wear sneakers with your stylish jeans, you still need sneakers for exercising and walking outside. There are lots of different sneakers on the market now - pick the ones that fit you, and that fit your exercise routine.
- Cool Dressy Shoes. You have that gorgeous dress, and you need matching shoes to go with it. Get something fun and gorgeous to go with the dress. Splurge a little - here the right shoes will make all the difference.
- The Pink Shoes. You know, everyone has at least one pair of completely impractical, bright pink or bright red shoes. You found them at the store, they didn't really match any of your outfits, but you just had to have them.

Beach Shoes are the New Summer Fashion Trend
Beach shoes have evolved significantly over the last few years. Gone are the days when flip-flops and Birkenstock’s (remember that not all Birkenstock’s are waterproof so choose the ones you’ll wear to the beach wisely) were your only option. Though who can really live without a nice comfy pair of Birkenstock’s or 12? Today there are all kinds of shoes made specifically to wear to the beach.
From netted athletic shoes made for running and walking just along the edge of the water to jelly shoes, flip-flops, and dozens of varieties in between it is now more than ever possible to not only have shoes that are practical to wear to the beach, but fashionable in this endeavor as well.
Shoes say a lot about the wearer, there is really no exception for beach shoes. Any old flip-flops say the wearer isn’t very concerned about their foot fashion. Of course there are flip-flops with embellishments that make them a little more fashionable than the dollar store variety. A nice pair of Birkenstock’s says the wearer is wisely more concerned with quality and comfort than following trends. Impractical beach shoes or those that are likely to need repairs after coming into contract with water and/or sand say the owner has more money than sense. And shoes that are funky and fashionable and made for the beach say the wearer is fashionably chic.
When choosing the right beach shoes for you it is important that you consider what your beachside activities are going to be. If you want to run along the shoreline, you might want to purchase a pair of the beach friendly athletic shoes that are relatively new. If you want to be fashionable go for some of the trendy beach shoes, if you want the ultimate in comfort go for a nice pair of Birkenstock’s, and flip-flops are always an old fall back that have been the shoe of choice of beach goers for ages.

How to Pick the Perfect Shoes
Are you looking for the perfect shoes you can wear this season? How do you pick the right shoes, though? Here are some tips for you to buy those perfect shoes:
- Find shoes that you are comfortable in. No matter how cute they look, if you are not comfortable in the, you will not wear them. And, if you don't wear them, you just wasted your money.
To make sure you are comfortable in the shoes you want, make sure you try them on at the store. If you are shopping online, make sure you find the correct size you need. Check with the web site's measurements, to make sure that the size you are getting is actually your size.
- Find shoes that match with different clothes. Even the best shoes will not be worn too match, if they only match one outfit. Make sure you purchase versatile shoes, that will match with different outfits you have.
The best colors for shoes that will match with many things are black, brown, grey and white.
- The more expensive they are, the more things they should match. Of course all of us own a pair or two of pink or red shoes that we love, but that don't match too many outfits. So, create a rule - the more expensive the shoes are, the more outfits they should match. If you find a $20 pair of pink shoes that you just must have, get it. However, if the pair costs $100, it should match more then just one t-shirt you have.
- Don't buy shoes that are extremely trendy. While they are really hot right now, they will be out of style next year. Instead, spend the money on the shoes that can be worn a few seasons.
Remember to pick the shoes that you are comfortable with, and they are stylish, but not extremely trendy - those are the shoes that will last for a while.

What Can a Pair of Sexy Shoes do for You?
Shoes are an every day part of life for most of us. We wear shoes to protect our feet from the harsh elements that they encounter on a regular basis. But the kind of shoes we choose is a matter of our own personal preferences and tastes.
When it comes to shoes, there are so many choices today that it almost boggles the mind. The activity that we are participating in or what we are trying to accomplish will have a direct impact on the type of shoes we choose to put on.
When it comes time to looking and feeling good about yourself, there is no substitution for a stylish pair of sexy shoes.
Sexy shoes can help you to gain a level of self confidence that might otherwise be unachievable.
Put on a pair of sexy high heels and they will boost you up to a new height that you might not be accustomed to. This will draw more attention to you thus increasing your confidence.
Additionally, wearing a pair of sexy high heel shoes will alter your stance having the effect of pushing your breasts up and forcing your buttocks outward. Both of these traits are highly appealing to the visually oriented male.
Many people feel that wearing sexy shoes even makes their feet appear smaller than they actually are.
Another wonderful benefit of dawning a pair of sexy heels is that they elongate the lines of the legs. This makes the legs look thinner and much more elegant to the onlooker.
So there you have it. Add up all of these benefits, take a look in the mirror and then ask yourself this question. What can a pair of sexy shoes do for me?
When it comes to shoes, there are so many choices today that it almost boggles the mind. The activity that we are participating in or what we are trying to accomplish will have a direct impact on the type of shoes we choose to put on.
When it comes time to looking and feeling good about yourself, there is no substitution for a stylish pair of sexy shoes.
Sexy shoes can help you to gain a level of self confidence that might otherwise be unachievable.

Man Dress Shoes - How to Choose
Which man dress shoes you pick may at first seem like a simple choice. You might shop around, see something that looks nice, and then pick your favorite color. While this might work, there are many things to consider that might not even cross your mind.
The first thing to consider is what else you are wearing. I know, seems simple, but knowing if this is going to be worn with business casual dress (slacks/dress shirt) as opposed to a full suit does make a difference. With a full suit, you want the nice, traditional polish shoes to compliment the suit, as that is the look you are putting forward with wearing a suit. If you are are dressing more casual, as most places are in recent times, you might consider a comfortable pair of oxfords or rockports. After all, if you don't have to wear full dress shoes, why not just wear a comfortable shoe.
The average person steps 4,000 - 5,000 times a day. That's roughly 3 miles. This can heavily impact which style of man dress shoes you wear, as well as how the padding and insole are manufactured. Quality speaks for itself, as the saying goes. How well the shoes will hold up is a definite thing to consider.
The above are just some items to consider when you're shopping for man dress shoes, and things normal men don't think about when they're out and decide to grab a new pair of shoes. Shopping online can make it drastically easier to find precisely what you want at the price you want.

Nike Primes Shoe Biz for Jordan Play
Bidding to restore some luster to its showcase sub-brand, Nike is cutting retail distribution of its Jordan brand footwear in half beginning with the critical back-to-school selling season, with new ads due in July.
Jordan brand chief Larry Miller said that while sales of the latest Air Jordan XV sneaker have exceeded expectations, "We've been riding the brand pretty hard for awhile, because regardless of the state of the market, Jordan is a constant. Now we want to get back to the days when people stood in line for the product."
Nike and every athletic shoe brand has suffered from a glut of models and retailers. While marketers generally have cleaned up excess inventory, the problem of too many stores persists--especially in malls, producing a sales environment that only competes on price.
Nike also plans to expand its apparel into non-shoe accounts, such as department stores and urban outlets. "The idea is to have a look that's a mix of authentic athletic and style' said Miller.
Spending levels will stay consistent at $12 million, as will creative, which casts Jordan in a more supervisory role to better showcase active endorsers like Eddie Jones, Randy Moss and Derek Jeter.
"We will always use Michael but we cant really show him slam dunking anymore," said Miller.

Sexy Shoes
What is it with sexy shoes? Why are they so popular today and why have they been popular for so long? Sexy shoes have a special place in the heart and soul of many people across the globe, but why?
To start with, a pair of high heels can instantly elongate the lines of the legs that can make the legs appear slimmer and create more elegant curves from the hip to the toe. I’ve also read that wearing high heel shoes can make the foot appear smaller than it actually is.
Additionally, high heel shoes alter the stance of the woman and this forces her breasts up and makes her derriere protrude farther out than normal. The correct pair of shoes can even help create an air of confidence due to the fact that they make the woman taller than normal and tend to attract more attention to her.
Sexy shoes aren’t just popular with women, but with men and cross dressers as well. Sexy shoes are known to be a fetish item in their own right. Sexy shoes are collectible and can be considered works of art without even having a foot to fill them. People all over the world collect exotic high heel shoes.
Although they may not be the most practical clothing item in the world, it really doesn’t come down to practicality. Sexy shoes are popular for reasons not related to their comfort or practicality. If you still don’t get it, then you probably never will.
Now, aren’t you ready for your next pair of sexy shoes?

10 Tips To Shopping For The Perfect Athletic Shoes
If you are active in exercising, hiking, sports or any other type of physical activity that requires you to be on your feet often, athletic shoes are a must. These shoes are designed for comfort and support, durability and promise to withstand plenty of use. With a few simple tips, you will be ready to shop for athletic shoes and will soon be stepping out with confidence.
Comfort. The first thing to consider with any footwear, including athletic shoes, is comfort. If a shoe isn’t comfortable, there is no use in wearing it. Blisters, balance problems and overall discomfort are the result of poorly fitting shoes.
Affordability. Just because you are looking for a new pair of athletic shoes, there’s no reason to empty the bank account in doing so. Quality athletic shoes can be comfortable and affordable at the same time. By shopping around and comparing prices, you will find the perfect athletic shoes at the perfect price.
Durability. A good pair of shoes must be durable and able to withstand various weather conditions, including rain. The worst thing to have in a rain storm is leaky shoes, which is why durability is part of a quality pair of athletic shoes.
Design. Everyone wants a shoe that looks good, which is why design is very important. In selecting a color scheme that suits your taste and lifestyle, you will not only feel good in your new athletic shoes, but you will look good too.
Versatility. One of the most important factors of shoe selection is versatility. Will the shoes work with your daily exercise regimen and look equally snazzy with your favorite pair of jeans? Athletic shoes are a terrific compliment to blue jeans for a classic look.
Support. Every good athletic shoe has support. It should cradle the foot and make it feel as if every step is one of leisure. Support is very important, especially if you are involved in a lot of walking or running. In either of these instances, your feet really take a pounding on the pavement. Athletic shoes that feature support are noticeable immediately during wear.
Know what you are buying. Always purchase from a reputable, authorized athletic shoe retailer. There are a lot of imitation products out there, including clothing and footwear. Buying from an authorized retailer will eliminate the chances of buying fake merchandise.
Try before you buy. If you are purchasing locally, go in and sample several pairs of athletic shoes. Try them on, take a few steps and move your foot around inside the shoe. In making sure that you have ease of movement and a proper fit, you will be much happier with your purchase.
Layaway. Certain brands of athletic shoes can be expensive, which is why layaway is often a popular option for anyone who doesn’t have quite enough cash to pay upfront. Even if it’s just to secure a purchase until payday, layaway programs offer customers with the opportunity to own the perfect pair of athletic shoes.
Make sure the shoe fits with your lifestyle. Avoid purchasing anything that doesn’t really fit your schedule. Athletic shoes are designed to work with you and your level of activity.

Plus Size Evening Wear – Stunning Outfits
So what is the big event? Do you need a cocktail dress for a company party? Maybe you need a pretty summer dress for a wedding? How about a gorgeous ball gown for a black tie benefit? No matter what the occasion shopping for appropriate evening wear is always a challenge. You can spend all day in every mall within an hour of your house and feel as if you are never going to find the right outfit, dress, or whatever it is you need. Finding the right plus size evening wear can be even more challenging. The selection is more limited and the dresses always seem to be so much less attractive.
I have looked at some of this stuff and wondered what the designers were thinking when they allowed their dresses to be made in such large sizes. I mean everyone knows that a style and or pattern that looks good on a 5’4” woman who weights 110 pounds is not going to look as good on a woman that wears a much bigger size. Ruffles around the hips and chest are not good things for larger people unless of course they are interested in looking as large as possible.
Every time I go to an event I see an unfortunate soul wearing something that would be terribly trendy on a much smaller woman but does nothing but show the larger woman at a severe disadvantage. I mean we all want to look our best right? Especially when we are at large functions. So why is it that there seems to be such a lack or beautiful plus size evening wear? Not to sound insensitive but it isn’t exactly like the United States is lacking in plus size people. You would think there would be more clothes designed to cater to them.

Plus Size Formal Wear – Getting Dressed To Kill
Formal wear is hard to find in the first place. It is hard to know what is appropriate for which kind of occasion. Do you wear a long dress or a short dress? Do you make your husband wear a suit or a sport jacket and slacks? What exactly is considered a formal occasion anyway? This is a headache we have all had a one point in time, but if you are in need of plus size clothing this might be an even larger headache for you as it is even harder to find good plus size formal wear.
Well I have some good news for you. There is actually a pretty large selection of plus size formal wear on the internet. Now I know it is hard to buy on the internet as you don’t know how the clothes will fit, how the color ill look, etc. however, I have another suggestion. I would use the internet as a resource to decide what kind of outfit you are looking for. There are actually a few really good plus size website devoted almost entirely to formal wear. It would seem that at least some people realized there was a market out there to take advantage of. Now look on the internet and you will find that there are actually some very nice flattering things for larger women. These pictures can be used a good templates to take with you when you go to the stores to look.
If you are a lot braver than me you can even just order the dresses online and then have any alternations made at home after you get the dress. I have to say I was surprised; there are some very nice things on these sites. I think that more women need to be made aware of what is out there.

T-Shirt Layering – A Girl’s Best Friend
Layering T-shirts has become the fashion standard for women these days. You can achieve a variety of looks by simply changing the color and style of the T-shirts, and by layering them in a different order. With dress codes in the workplace becoming more and more casual, you can now get away with throwing on a comfortable skirt or pair of khakis and layer away!
Some of the best brands to use for layering are American Apparel (Classic Girl) and Hyp. Both of these brands use good quality lightweight cotton, which allows multiple layers without a heavy feel.
A few examples of excellent layering tees are the American Apparel Boy Beater” tank and the Hyp Sheer Cotton Long Sleeve Tee. These two items are available in basic black and white, plus a few other color options like green and pink to spice it up a bit. Layer the tanks under everything for work or play – like under a suit jacket for work. They are long enough to cover the top of even the lowest waisted pants, and form fitting so they’re not too thick under your other shirts. In the fall and winter, you can layer the Hyp Sheer Cotton Long Sleeve Tee under everything – other t-shirts, sweaters, blazers, jackets, etc. Both of these items come in a multitude of colors and each priced under $10.
CheapesTees.com carries both the American Apparel and Hyp brands among many others., along with Blank T-Shirts for the entire family.

The Basic T-Shirt
Who doesn't own at least one T-shirt? Someone once said "to err is divine, to wear a t-shirt is just plain comfortable". Ok, I made that up, but it's true, what feels better than a good, old fashioned worn-in basic t-shirt? As far as I'm concerned, nothing!
How do you know if a T-shirt is of high quality? How do you know how it will wear over time? What are the best basic brands? Well, my friends, I will answer these questions for you.
A high quality basic t-shirt doesn't have to be expensive, just well-made and made with the right fabric. So what does well-made mean? Most of the time this means it has a seamless collar, taped neck & shoulders, and double needle stitching throughout the entire garment. As far as the fabric is concerned, you want to look for pre-shrunk 100% cotton jersey fabric and ideally, ringspun or combed cotton. Ringspinning and combing are processes that add softness to the cotton and it they are noticeably softer than basic cotton. Many manufacturers make T-shirts with ringspun or combed cotton, but I like the Hanes Beefy-T, the Devon & Jones Vintage Tee and the American Apparel Fine Jersey Tee for women. All of these are very soft, and only get better after repeated washings.
CheapesTees.com is a retailer of basic T-shirts, Sweatshirts and Polo Shirts.

Japanese and Korean Fashion
Asian culture is very old. It is the Asian people's belief and way of thinking that make their style so different which effects the type of Japan and Korea Fashion.
First of all, right around one of the early centuries. Most of Asian peoples clothing was made out of silk. It started in China and then spread through out the rest of the Asian nations.
Now, you say that the Japanese people expose too much. Well, in Japan the people at a young age were taught not to be ashamed of their bodies. Male and female took baths together to save water. That is why in Japan today they have what is called bath houses.
In history, most of Asian people had clothing that would cover them from head to toe. A couple of years after WWII, westerners was finally aloud to enter Japan. What you see today is the exposure of western culture mixed in with Asian culture.
The Korean culture is rather conservative whereas the Japanese culture is rather open and exhibitionist...They are far from the same. Koreans tend to be closer to the Chinese than the Japanese in culture.
Surprisingly Chinese are very interested in Japanese and Korean fashion from tv shows and music, so in the future more focus will be on Japanese and Korean fashion.

'It' bags are the classic cars of the fashion set
Handbags are the new shoes, the must have "it" accessory that has all the fashion-istas clamouring for the latest offering from popular designers. It's also a market that has more in common with the male-dominated world of classic cars than you'd realise.
Few of you will have missed the fuss a couple of months ago when Sainsbury's sold 20,000 "I'm not a plastic bag" Anya Hind-march totes for [pound]5 each. Within hours those same unbleached cotton bags were selling for in excess of [pound]150 on eBay. "Every girl has a handbag," says Christie's specialist Monica Turcich, "and every girl wants one. Women now want the 'it' bag and the one nobody else is carrying. They've always been popular and they are the section of our 20th-century fashion sales for which we get the most phone calls, but now they are doing particularly well because everyone wants handbags, whereas 10 years ago there weren't the 'it' bags like we have today, simply the classics."
Like cars, most of the more recent designer handbags which sell through dealers and auction houses make significantly less than their original retail price, losing value the second the initial purchase has taken place. That is good news for both collector investors and handbag enthusiasts, but there are some exceptions to the rule.
Last March Christie's sold a red Hermes crocodile skin Kelly bag for [pound]10,800, this had only been purchased in 1994 and was originally a bespoke product. The Kelly bag is the "holy grail" of the classic handbag world according to Turcich. "Chloe and other more contemporary bags are more driven by what's popular now, but for Hermes and Chanel's quilted bag, these are classics which never go out of style and are always useable." Kelly bags can be bought for [pound]600 and can often be sold on for [pound]1,000- [pound]2,000, which isn't bad for a bag which might have been bought back in the 1960s.
There's no doubt that most handbags are being bought to be used, it's not an investment market in the same way as many other collectables such as paul smith,Abercrombie and Fitch, dsquared etc, but again there are parallels to the car market. By buying a classic bag and looking after it, you are unlikely to lose money, rather see a steady gain with the added return of enjoying using it.
Hindmarch's "I'm not a plastic bag" bags are unlikely to make it to "classic" status, they are after all mass-produced cotton totes, but other handbags from her range might well do so. So far Christie's has-n't sold any Hindmarch bags, but Turcich says she wouldn't be surprised if they start turning up at auction soon and she wouldn't turn them away. "Kylie Minogue was pictured carrying a Chloe bracelet bag around a few years ago which sparked a fashion and now we are selling the same thing at auction."
There is a pristine one in the next auction which is estimated at [pound]800 to [pound]1,000 along with another Chloe handbag in the same lot. "I think Chloe has started the 'it' bag scene" adds Turcich, "I don't know how long it will take for them to become classics of their own, but I'm sure these will hold their value in five or 10 years' time. People just don't seem to have paid attention to the fact that handbags have become the new shoes in the last few years, there is now an appreciation of the design that goes into them. There are shoe designers that are artists and so too with handbags."
It's not always about big names, a few weeks ago Ms Minogue was at the shop of Tony Durante, a handbag dealer at Alfie's in London, and purchased a white raffia bag with a horse's head on the front for around [pound]200. Brightly coloured raffia bags are in at the moment because it's summer. Durante says that Kylie loved this particular bag because it was unusual. Buying it from a vintage fashion dealer she's unlikely to bump into another celebrity carrying one. Durante says that his customers are looking for this "unusualness" factor.
If you do want to retain the value in your handbag then you should go for one that is in excellent condition, is a good design and beautiful. Some "it" bags will undoubtedly go down in value as fashions change, but the classics should stay steady.

New Skirt Length
There's one thing I don't wear in cold-weather months: skirts. Wool
pants, leather leggings, jeans—I stick to anything that (a) doesn't
require tights and (b) can easily be worn with ankle boots or tucked
into knee-high ones. But this fall I'll be going through a 180-degree
wardrobe change because suddenly I'm craving skirts, specifically
longer, to-the-knee skirts that are feminine, fitted, and fairly dressed
up.
I blame my desire for a wardrobe revamp on Jack McCollough and Lazaro Hernandez of Proenza Schouler. It was the first look at their fall show that got me; I knew I had to have the boxy white coat over a black pencil skirt, paired with low d'Orsay pumps. The ensemble had the elemental silhouette of the late-'50s and early-'60s clothes I've always been drawn to, but it also had a stark architectural bent, combined with modernist dense wool fabrics, that placed it squarely in 2013. That weekend, before I left for the European shows, I ran to Bergdorf Goodman and happily laid claim to a black stretch wool pencil skirt and a pair of Céline's nude d'Orsay heels.
In Paris, the Céline show intensified my growing obsession. Phoebe Philo's cream stretch wool skirts—fitted at the waist (there's no closure; you just slip them on, which sounds very appealing) and elegantly flared just below the knee—offered a whole new, thoroughly enticing proportion. I knew that come fall I would have to figure out how to work at least one Céline skirt into my closet.
But rotating your wardrobe from being pants-centric to skirt-centric opens a sartorial can of worms. Everything has to change. My pants silhouette was like an upside-down pyramid: loose on top (a blazer and an untucked blouse or a cashmere crewneck), then skinnier (jeans/leggings, usually ankle-length), and ending in a point with stiletto ankle boots.
With the new, longer skirt, new rules apply. First, it's crucial that your hem hits your leg at just the right spot. Above the knee is not new and doesn't count here. The sweet spot on every woman is just below the knee, where your leg curves in before the calf begins. If you find a skirt that's longer, hem it. I have seen some A-list style setters wearing their skirts a couple of inches longer, but honestly, it doesn't work. Even on them.
Once you get the length right, you'll have to reproportion everything else. Start with a top that either tucks in or ends not too far below your waist. (You need the definition unless you are Gisele and look great in a potato sack.) A slim knit turtleneck is my favorite new choice, and once I find the right one I'm buying it in black, white, gray, and navy. Then you have to reboot your coat options. What looks newest with the skirt is a hip-length or an above-the-knee coat that's boxy or cocoon-like. I love the short, round-shouldered versions that Alexander Wang premiered at Balenciaga. And the sexy coziness of the enveloping shapes at Céline, Rochas, and Marc Jacobs are also on my radar. They look particularly warm, and after this past, never-ending winter, would be the perfect antidote to chase away the chills.
On to shoes. If you are anything like me—as in you're always looking for an excuse for a new pair—here's your chance. You can still work a classic pump with a pencil skirt, or try to snag Proenza's new, lower-heeled d'Orsays. I like the idea of men's-style penny loafers with a pencil skirt, which is how my mom wore them in college; Saint Laurent and Bottega Veneta make beautiful, last-forever versions. Tights, however, don't work with loafers. So bundle up in your coat and flash some leg. Another no-no is wearing stilettos with a flared skirt. It's too dated, too precious. You'll want the new bootie, which has a chunky, stacked-wood heel and covers your ankle. While the pale celadon ones at Céline are growing on me, I'm not sure what else I can pair them with. Chloé, though, has navy stacked-heel ankle boots that are a dream. Plus, this fall navy is the new black. Sold.

Braided Belt
Accessories are a sure way to jazz up your outfit. Be it necklaces or earrings, they all add an appeal to your getup like nothing else can. While there are a bunch of accessories to choose from, certain accessories like belts are unisex and are popular with both, guys and girls. While there was a time when girls didn't have much to choose from, guys didn't have much more than the standard belt either. Today, however, there is so much to choose from, it's almost confusing when you're out shopping for the good looking add-ons. Girls have so much to choose from, it's possible to find something to work well with every outfit if you really want to do that. Guys too have more than they did previously. The braided leather belt is one such style. With so much improvement in both, quality as well as style, this pattern seems to have evolved too. Apart from the standard size, you will now find thick belts, skinny belts, leather belts, etc. The plaited style looks great in the skinny pattern, as does it in metallic colors
